A company established in 2023 with its headquarters in Prague operates as a holding company, holding and managing shares in its subsidiary companies. Additionally, it provides financial and economic management for the holding companies, financing for the holding company, strategic and acquisition management, and establishes operational rules for all holding companies.
Our core business activities encompass wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels, specifically within the domains of
fashion-oriented footwear, apparel, and sports equipment. The establishment of the holding company evolved through the successive consolidation of multiple entities.
Since 1993, the companies, founded by the Melichar family, have consistently been prominent entities within their respective industries in the Czech market.

During the operation of our companies, we have collaborated with more than 2000 wholesale partners in 7 countries, and annually, we dispatch over 300,000 products.
